It's about time to quote the great Karl Valentin: Everything has been said already, but not yet by everyone. So, I guess now it's my turn to praise The Drums: If they don't become really really, like seriously big this year, then those two overwhelmingly kind Jehovah's Witnesses that knocked on my door recently were probably right after all.
After last year's smash Summertime EP, the four Brooklyn lads have just released their new single Best Friend, which has been named hottest record in the world by BBC's Zane Lowe back in early February. Here's the song's puristic video:
It appears safe to say that their debut album is something to look forward to.
The Drums will come to Germany soon for a couple of shows you definitely shouldn't miss:
