I imagine Lavurn Lee sitting in his bedroom in Sydney, exploring the history of music on the internet, restlessly searching for melancholic snippets from all decades and epochs to create slowly burning sound collages that suit his wistful voice, maybe longing for his home Canada from where he drifted off to Australia, or maybe for love, or perhaps life itself. We don't know, but we'll sure be listening to whatever Guerre's imagination carries to our ears.
