On September 28, Arcade Sound Ltd. will finally put out Blackbird Blackbird's brilliant debut LP Summer Heart on vinyl, and to celebrate this mastermind Mikey S has released a new digital EP aptly named Rarities, a collection of eight rare and unreleased songs. It can be downloaded for free via his bandcamp.
Below, you can listen to two of the new tracks, the fuzzy synth ballad Left To Hurt and Understanding, a slowly meandering thick wall of layered synth sounds, a chillwave gem that might legitimately called an instant classic of its genre.
