Throw some confetti. Blow up some balloons. Oh, and please bring a cake: Vermont's very own Happy Birthday have just released their self-titled debut album on Sub Pop. The trio's music is warm, cheerful, shiny pop with certain elements of the last three decades of rock history, a potpourri of styles to make spring even brighter.
