LAKE from Olympia, Washington, used to perform as a Fleetwood Mac cover band which is still slightly reminiscent in their songwriting. Their current album, Let's Build a Roof, released by K Records last fall, was produced by the wonderful Karl Blau who created a sunny yet still abstract and occasionally gritty piece of music.
LAKE will play at Hamburg's Haus III&70 tomorrow. On Thursday, they will be in Berlin at Schokoladen.
